We’re gathering to laugh until our bellies ache, maybe shed a few tears of release, and remember what it feels like to smile from the very inside out. We'll sweat, play, float, and return home, oh so much lighter than we left.

The Land of Freedom

We drop anchors for our week together on the beautiful, quiet beachfront of Cocodimama on the island of Eleuthera.  Eleuthera translates to "freedom" from Ancient Greek. This island embodies the frequency at which we will be resonating.

This week is about remembering the simplicity and joy found in community. Here is the magic we’ll be exploring together:

• The Art of Softening
  Our bodies hold onto everything: stress, deadlines, and old stories. Through intelligent movement and somatic flow, we’ll deepen your mind-body connection, moving past just stretching and stepping straight into true physical and mental freedom.

• Liquid Meditation
  The ocean is our ultimate teacher. We’ll guide you through open-water play in a way that feels completely safe, peaceful, and joyful. You’ll learn to use the water as a beautiful space for breath control and deep, delicious relaxation.

• Loving Resilience
  True strength doesn't come from burnout. We’ll play in functional movement labs designed to protect your joints, build stable core strength, and help you tune in to the sage whispers of your body before they turn into screams.

• Pure Joy & Connection
  Healing happens beautifully when we’re together. Through cozy group conversations, breathwork, and soaking in nature, we’re going to lay down the pressure of who we’re supposed to be, and remember that joy and ease is our birthright. 

All levels of experience are welcome. Every single body is celebrated. Every heart is safe here. This is your invitation back to yourself.
